When we repair your vehicle. it is repaired for YOU, not your insurance company. We have to satisfy you. We legally cannot negotiate the repairs or the repair price for you. You will be informed if we have a problem agreeing on a fair price with an adjuster. You will also be informed if we feel the company's damage assessment compro­mises safety or will not repair your vehicle to pre-accident condition. We find a few insurance companies who seem only interest­ ed in price, but most companies want your vehicle repaired
properly, not cheaply.
